The charges for a Section 187 rates certificate and Section 7 search certificates were increased with the new fees and will come into effect 1 July 2026.
The new charges will be as follows:
Section 187 Rates Certificate goes from $41.50 to $42.75
Section 7 Full Council Search goes from $71.00 to $73.25
Urgent Section 7 Full Council Search goes from $85.50 to $88.25
