Nominations are invited for positions on the Board of Management (note that existing Board Members intending to continue in office are not required to re‐nominate).
The Board is comprised of not more than 9 and not less than 7 persons (Constitution clause 16.1). The President and Vice President are appointed by the Board at its first meeting following the AGM.
Nomination forms must be submitted prior to the AGM.
In the event there are more nominations than vacancies, an election will be held at the AGM to determine the Board membership.
